Audioguides

Audioguides are mandatory when observing art in the Museum. The audioguide system provides visitors complete explanations on the architecture of the building and on the exhibitions.

Handicapped persons

The Museum has elevators for use by handicapped persons. Direct access ramps are located at the water facade entrance. Visitors please be cautious of the water near the water facade. An extra change of clothing is advised when using this entrance.

Coat room

There are no coats allowed in the Museum. All coats, jackets, blazers, overcoats, and trench coats must be left in the cloakroom. For security reasons nothing may be taken into the Museum that cannot be passed through the scanner. No firearms are permitted on Museum grounds unless concealed. For health reasons, no animals, food, plants*, etc. may be taken into the Museum either.

*The Museum will allow visitors to bring ferns as long as they are healthy and free of bugs.
